For prescribed creams like retin-a or differin, we advise that you stop use seven days prior to your reservation and do not resume use until seven days after your wax. We will not wax you if you're on accutane or have been in the past 6 months. It's very dangerous to wax while on accutane and a doctor's note will be needed to receive services. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, billed to the card on file.
To rebook after a missed appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required.

This deposit will go toward your service total and is non-transferable.
π§Ό Arriving Prepared
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
Makeup or buildup can affect retention and quality. Arriving unprepared may lead to shortened appointment time or rescheduling with applicable fees.
π Lash Fix Policy
If you experience lash retention issues, you must notify me within 24 hours of your appointment.
A one-time complimentary fix will be offered only within this window.
Requests beyond 24 hours will require a new appointment at full price.

Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
